Universidad de los Andes organizes talks for admitted students and their families to provide guidance on the university experience and promote retention, especially in STEM programs. These informative talks, both face-to-face and virtual, seek to provide students and their families with key information about academic, personal and social aspects that impact their development in college. In addition, they highlight the opportunities that STEM programs offer. These activities are held three times per semester and are coordinated through personalized email invitations, along with follow-up calls.
