The Toolkit Catalog compiles best practices from universities participating in the ELA4ATTRACT project, with the goal of attracting and retaining students in STEM, especially women and underrepresented groups. As supporting materials, an Activity Facilitation Guide and a Student Admissions Guide are included, aimed at designing attractive and inclusive gender-sensitive activities and improving access to STEM programs, along with a glossary of key terms.
