The Career Conversatory is a space designed so that high school students, high school graduates and those interested in university careers can clarify their doubts about the career they are passionate about. Through meetings with coordinators of academic programs, participants have the opportunity to learn more about the curricula, the labor field and the opportunities offered by each discipline. The main objective is to provide support to prospective students, providing relevant information to help them make an informed decision about their academic future. Dissemination is done through publications on social networks such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, in addition to sending personalized mailings and event reminders. Live chat and WhatsApp tools are also used to answer questions in real time, along with message segmentation strategies according to the participants' area of interest, such as science, arts or technology. Data is also used to personalize communication according to students' needs and preferences.
