Girls Day is an annual event designed to inspire young girls to explore STEM fields through hands-on workshops and networking opportunities. The program, held each spring, offers more than 500 slots for girls in grades 5-10, allowing them to conduct experiments, write simple computer programs and assemble construction kits. Participants also interact with students and scientists, gaining insights into the impact of science and technology on everyday life and the creative opportunities within these fields. By showcasing STEM as an exciting and inclusive space, Girls' Day encourages young women to consider careers in traditionally underrepresented areas.
