Summer School is an educational program aimed at elementary and middle school students (8-18 years old), which offers a series of courses and practical activities designed to promote learning and interaction with the university. These courses are taught by academics, professors and students from the University of Chile, adapted to the needs of school students.
The program aims to involve students in a university environment and promote academic learning through practical and formative experiences. More than 70 courses are offered over a period of 1.5 months, each with an average duration of 1 week.
The Summer School is held on-site at different campuses of the University of Chile and is promoted through social networks, mass emails, national advertising, and other media. It is an excellent opportunity for high school students to explore higher level academic offerings in an accessible format.
