The Science Fair and the Argentine Junior Science Olympiad are annual events focused on promoting scientific vocations among young people and fostering the appreciation of scientific work from an early age. These events are aimed at students in the last years of primary and secondary schools, and are intended to encourage both students and teachers to actively participate in experimental sciences.
The event consists of a science fair where students present their scientific projects, as well as the carrying out of evaluations for the olympiads in different schools in the province of Mendoza. The aim is to encourage student participation and, at the same time, to collaborate with the educational system to improve the teaching of experimental sciences.
It also provides a platform for updating teachers on the contents of experimental sciences, which contributes to improving teaching at the primary and secondary levels. The promotion of the event is carried out through campaigns in social networks and in contact with the pedagogical guidance offices of secondary schools throughout the province of Mendoza.
