The M2m Mentoring Program is an initiative coordinated by the Polytechnic Women's Club, designed to provide support and guidance to students and recent graduates (with a maximum of 4 years of experience) of the UPC. The program focuses on personal, academic and professional development, with the aim of overcoming barriers such as the glass ceiling that many women face in the workplace, while strengthening their confidence and empowering them for future challenges.

The mentoring relationship focuses on overcoming specific challenges faced by women in academia and the workplace, as well as fostering the development of a professional support network.
