The UPC Psychological Counseling Service is offered since 2019 with the aim of promoting personal stability and adaptation to the university environment, both academically and professionally. This service is available to undergraduate, master's and doctoral students, as well as university staff who are not following any psychological or psychiatric treatment.
The program includes a maximum of 4 sessions with specialized psychologists, aimed at helping people understand, reflect and adapt to new realities in the academic, personal and professional spheres. It aims to promote personal well-being and facilitate the transition to university or work life.
This service does not provide long-term psychological or psychiatric treatment. If necessary, psychologists can refer the person to a more appropriate specialist according to his or her needs.
