The Group's Postdoctoral Career Development Program supports women in the early stages of their academic careers, particularly in STEM fields. Designed to provide personalized assistance, the program addresses individual needs, including those of international female researchers, women with caregiving responsibilities, and women from diverse backgrounds. Through workshops, training sessions and networking opportunities, participants receive ongoing support for as long as they need it until they reach the next step in their career, fostering professional growth and advancement in academia.
