This initiative seeks to generate a space for reflection on vocational guidance in high school, with a special focus on STEM careers. Through working sessions with vocational counselors from the educational system, it encourages dialogue between the school and the university, strengthening inter-institutional collaboration to accompany young people in their vocational decision-making process.
The activities will explore new accompaniment strategies and offer tools to understand both the opportunities in STEM careers and the psychosocio-educational profiles most suited to them. It is aimed at professionals working in vocational guidance, such as tutors, mentors, psychologists, psychopedagogues and preceptors.
