It is a private university founded in 1948 and is widely recognized for the quality of both its academic programs and research activities. It offers a total of 44 undergraduate, 80 master's and 17 doctoral programs; and has a total of 700 full-time faculty members and 18376 students, 4615 of whom are enrolled in graduate programs.
The school is focused on training engineers who have the ability to design a system, component or process that responds to the needs of companies, public institutions or communities, taking into account economic, environmental, social, political, ethical, safety, manufacturing and sustainability aspects. restrictions.
